1. Shipping Policy
Shipping & Delivery
We ship within New Zealand only (or “to New Zealand and Australia” if applicable). Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Shipping Options & Costs

  • Standard Shipping (NZ Post, Couriers Please, or similar): NZ$8.90 – NZ$12.90 (depending on weight/size)
  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over NZ$150
  • Express / Tracked options available at checkout (additional cost)

Delivery times (after dispatch):

  • Main centres: 2–5 business days
  • Rural / remote areas: 5–10 business days

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Important Notes

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or customs (for any international elements if you expand later).
  • If your order is delayed beyond 14 days, please contact us.
  • Risk and title pass to you upon delivery.

2. Returns & Refunds PolicyReturns, Exchanges & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please choose carefully before ordering, as we do not offer refunds for change of mind (this is allowed under NZ law).

Change of Mind Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return eligible items for an exchange or store credit (or refund minus shipping in some cases).
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Sale, discounted, personalised, or hygiene items (e.g. underwear, earrings) are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange/refund/store credit within 5–10 business days.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items (Consumer Guarantees Act Rights)
If the item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

  • Contact us within 30 days with photos and your order number.
  • We will arrange a repair, replacement, or full refund (including original shipping costs) at no extra charge to you.
  • For substantial faults, you may choose a full refund.

How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for our approval and return instructions (we may provide a return label in some cases).
  3. Package the item securely and send it back via NZ Post or your preferred tracked courier.
  4. Keep proof of postage.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Gift cards and digital products are non-refundable.Exceptions

  • We do not accept returns on opened food, health, or beauty products for hygiene reasons.
  • Custom or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless faulty.
