Terms and Conditions for Healing and Spiritual Guidance Sessions at Lavanya

1. Introduction Welcome to Lavanya. These Terms and Conditions govern your booking and participation in any healing or spiritual guidance session provided by Lavanya. By booking a session, you agree to be bound by these terms, which form a legal agreement between you (the Client) and Lavanya.

2. Booking and Scheduling To book a session, you must provide accurate and complete information as required by the booking process. It is your responsibility to ensure that the session time fits your schedule. Session dates and times are subject to availability and may be adjusted by Lavanya with prior notice to you.

3. Fees and Payments Payment for sessions must be made in advance at the time of booking. Prices for all sessions are clearly stated during the booking process and include any applicable taxes.

4. Cancellation by Client You may cancel your booking up to 2 days before the scheduled session. If you cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the session start time, you will receive a refund of your payment minus a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session start time are not eligible for a refund. To cancel, you must notify Lavanya in writing via the contact methods provided on our website.

5. Rescheduling by Client If you wish to reschedule your session, you may do so by contacting Lavanya at least 2 days before the scheduled session without any additional charge. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may not always be possible. Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the session will be treated as cancellations.

6. Cancellation by Lavanya Lavanya reserves the right to cancel any session due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, Lavanya will notify clients promptly and provide options for rescheduling or a full refund.

7. No Guarantees While Lavanya is committed to providing high-quality services, we do not guarantee specific results from our sessions. The effectiveness of healing and spiritual guidance varies by individual and depends on many factors outside our control.

8. Limitation of Liability Lavanya is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage that may occur from the use of our services unless directly caused by our negligence. This limitation of liability also covers Lavanya’s affiliates, directors, employees, and agents.

9. Intellectual Property All materials provided during sessions, including but not limited to tools, techniques, and information, are the intellectual property of Lavanya and are intended for personal use by the client only. These materials may not be copied, distributed, or shared without explicit written permission from Lavanya.

10. Confidentiality Lavanya respects the privacy of its clients. All personal information collected through the booking process and session interactions will be kept confidential and used solely to provide the services requested.

11. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Lavanya operates. Any disputes related to these terms will be resolved under the jurisdiction of these laws.
