These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through Lavanya Wellness NZ (“we”, “us”, “our”) via www.lavanya.co.nz, at markets, expos, or any other sales channels operated by the business.

2. Products
Our products are handmade in small batches in New Zealand using natural ingredients. As a result, slight variations in colour, texture, scent, or appearance may occur between batches. This is normal and part of the nature of handcrafted products.
We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, however we do not guarantee that product descriptions, ingredients, or images are completely error-free.
3. Health & Product Use Disclaimer
Our products are designed for general cosmetic and wellness support purposes only.
They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
If you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or are sensitive to certain ingredients, you should seek professional advice before use.
Always perform a patch test before full use.
We are not responsible for adverse reactions where products are used outside of instructions or where sensitivities are not disclosed.
4. Pricing
All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable.
Prices may change at any time without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
5. Orders & Payment
Payment is required in full at the time of purchase through our secure online checkout system (SureCart) or approved payment methods at markets or events.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including where stock is unavailable or pricing errors occur.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We ship within New Zealand using standard courier services.

- Delivery times vary depending on location
- We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or external factors
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.
Risk in goods transfers to the customer once the order has been dispatched.
7. Returns & Refunds
Under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, you are entitled to a remedy if goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described.
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened skincare products unless they are faulty.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.

Individual results may vary depending on skin type, health conditions, and usage.
Our products are natural and work in harmony with the body over time. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.
9. Intellectual Property

We respect your privacy and only collect personal information necessary to process orders, provide customer service, and improve our business.

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, Lavanya Wellness NZ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
Our liability is limited to the replacement or refund of faulty goods in accordance with consumer law.
12. Markets & In-Person Sales
Products purchased at markets, expos, or in-person events are subject to the same quality standards as online purchases.
Refunds or exchanges at events are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act.
